Teacher and his education are very significant aspects of any nation. The education gives a new shape to the individual and the nation as well. As an integral component of the educational system, teacher education is intimately connected with society and is conditioned by the ethos, culture and character of a nation. Education is a process which has impact on all aspects of life from infancy to old age. Education is an essential human virtue. Without Education, man is splendid slave, reasoning savage and it is education which helps to humanize him. Perception is the sensory experience of the world. It involves both recognizing environmental stimuli and actions in response to these stimuli. Through the perceptual process, we gain information about the properties and elements of the environment that are critical to our survival. The perceptual process is a sequence of steps that begins with the environment and leads to our perception of a stimulus and action in response to the stimulus. Steps in the perceptual process are the environmental stimulus, the attended stimulus, the image on the retina, transduction, neural processing, perception, recognition and action. Teacher education refers to the polices and procedure designed to equip prospective teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviours and skills they require to perform their tasks effectively in the classroom, school and wider community. Although ideally it should be conceived of, and organized as, a seamless continuum, The term cognition (Latin: Cognoscere, "to know", "to conceptualize" or "to recognize") refers to a faculty for the processing of information, applying knowledge, and changing preferences. Cognition, or cognitive processes, can be natural or artificial, conscious or unconscious. Study of perception of prospective teachers of teacher education institutions towards cognition will be useful and applicable in the field of educational training, learning and teaching. Since its inception it became a guiding force in the form of Article 45 for providing basic education for all the children up to the age of fourteen years in our constitution. The entire analysis is based on the District Information System for Education (DISE), 2006-07 data base of its published analytical report, flash statistics and state report cards which is collated and published by the National Educational University of Planning and Administration (NEUPA). Importance of an Educational Management Information System (EMIS) was reiterated when Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) was launched in 2001. central and state governments have been expanding the provision of elementary education through formal and non-formal education to realize the goal of Universalisation of Elementary Education (UEE), Operation Black Board (OBB), Bihar Education Project (BEP), Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Project (UPBEP), Lok Jumbish, Shiksha Karmi Project (SKP), Janshala, Mahila Samakhya, District Primary Education Programme (DPEP) and ongoing Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA). Indicators of development of primary education are-Socio-Economic Profile of Bihar, Educational Development Index, Steps forward towards UEE, Enrolments Based Indicators, Infrastructure Based Indicators. The analysis of the data reveals that in order to universalize elementary education for all in respect of Bihar much more needs to be done in terms of the infrastructure, as it has got a high student classroom ratio of 91. There has been an advancement in teachers’ recruitment in Bihar in recent years, bringing their strength to about 4.33 lakh. However, the total requirement of elementary school teachers in Bihar is at least 7.28 lakh, implying a shortfall of about 40.5 percent. The average of 609 districts in 2006-07 indicates a GPI of 0.93 in primary classes and 0.87 in case of upper primary classes.

Role of Religions in Development of Indian Education System

As we all know India is land of religions and religious activities. In India, our ancestors followed the the unique tradition while educating their young ones. They had adopted the "Gurukul" system for the education purpose which is much more related to modern day boarding schools. The students from the top three Varnas of that time Indian society which are Brahman, Kshatriya and Vaishya are allowed to educate themselves by this Gurukul system. Vedas were the common books for the Gurus (teachers) in that Gurukuls while teaching to their Shishyas (students). Most of the times, Gurus used to have their own Gurukul in their own house and the students from the different villages used to come in their Gurukuls for the education purpose. In Christianity, their missionaries have started to teach Bible as well as other scriptures in their religion to the students and they are doing it quiet regularly and without any resistance. In Islam, they have also started to teach Qur'an to their students. We also started to teach our great scriptures to our students, like Mahabharata, Ramayana, Bhagvad Gita, Upanishads, Vedas and other ancient scriptures. Three came out of the Middle East (Judiaism, Christiamity, and Islam). The other two came out of India (Hindism and Budhism). There have been periods of intolerance such as the Mogul Muslim rulers following Akbar (17th century) and the terrible out breaks of communal violence with partition of the Raj (1947-48). India today is a vibrant multi-religious and highly tolerant society. Indian people of all religions live in peace and harmony. This is an important part of the identity of the Indian nation. India is a predominntly Hindu nation, but there is a substantil Muslim minority as well smaller number od many other religion. There is complete religious freedom for all of these groups. Muslim leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah did not think this was possible and demanded partition to crate a separate Muslim state. This was the genesis of Pakistan. But in Pakistan the tolration and religious diversity of India was lost. Ironically, there is more toleration and religious freedom for Muslims in India than Pakistan.

The remarkable geographical area of the nation is characterised by tribal communities in central India, South India, and North-Eastern India. Active participation and self-enhancement of the tribal community are crucial in the socio-economic development of the economy. But they are still deprived of being equally treated on various grounds such as education and livelihood. The prosperity of an economy mostly depends on the inclusive strategy of a nation irrespective of community biases. For the purpose of attaining a harmonious lifestyle in tribal communities, the skill, knowledge, and expertise are essential requirements that come from education and learning, as this will enable them to get a good source of income and life, and will contribute to the national production too. Education serves as one of the most imperative tools for the growth and development of a nation. Education and learning prepare the individuals for supporting the system and also act as an instrument for the betterment of the society as well as the economy in spite of community barriers. This helps in building human capital. The present study would mainly aim at examining the government policies at the center and state levels. Also, the study would evaluate the trends of financial assistance extended by the government for the development of education among tribals in Tripura.

Amongst the various global problems of our times and the one that human beings are facing today such as poverty, hunger, migration, global warming, climate change is the serious and contentious of them all. It is the most serious global problem because of the severity of harms that it might bring. Both the normative and empirical dimensions of human life are conditioned by the environment and so it carries global concerns. Almost all the aspects of an individual’s life such as food, clothing, shelter and what we do to earn them depends on the climatic conditions or broadly on our environment. Although this dependence has been substituted in the modern industrial societies by different possible alternatives created by money and technology but this threatens to establish a harmful impact on our environment. It is not only proving dangerous for the present generation, but likely to be detrimental for the future generations as well. It poses a normative question on the technological advancement of the modern civilization. Somewhere down the line we have to rethink and reorient our understanding of the ecology as such for the reason that where are we heading for?

School is the work environment of teachers and the learning environment of pupils. During school hours, teachers and pupils are in constant interaction with each other, so it is plausible that their well-being is inter-related. This study examines the association between pupil-related psychosocial factors, the school setting, and teacher sick leave. The general framework is based on work stress models that propose that psychosocial factors affect health when demands of the psychosocial work environment exceed the resources of the employee. The results of this study suggest that pupil-related psychosocial factors, such as pupils' problem behavior, school dissatisfaction, and violent or threatening situations in schools, affect teacher health as reflected by their taking sick leave. Attention should focus on teacher well-being, especially in schools characterized by such stressors. A positive psychosocial school environment helps to create a conducive environment for effective teaching and learning. It relates to ‘the dynamic relationship between psychological aspects of our experience (our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and our wider social experience our relationships, family and community networks, social values, and cultural practices. Students’ social and emotional experiences influence learning processes and in turn affect learning outcomes (UNESCO MGIEP, 2020). Schools that prioritize students’ well-being have a higher chance of improving their academic achievements (UNESCO 2017). Numerous variables related to school climate have been positively associated with better student performance in reading in OECD countries e.g. growth mindset of students, greater support from teachers, teacher enthusiasm, greater co-operation among peers, students’ sense of belonging at school (OECD, 2019). Attending to the social and emotional needs of students and teachers is key, especially in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, as many students have missed out on social interactions and support from teachers and peers.

To address issues like centralized management, lack of transparency, unreliable data, and fragmented information, this paper presents a blockchain-based traceability system for the agricultural supply chain for storing and retrieving product information. The system improves the transparency and credibility of traceability information by using blockchain technology's decentralized, tamper-proof, and traceable nature. A dual storage structure that uses both an on-chain and off-chain component to store traceability data is used to reduce the burden on the Blockchain and make efficient information retrieval possible. Besides, joining blockchain innovation and cryptography guarantees the solid sharing of private data inside the blockchain network. A standing-based savvy contract is contrived to boost network hubs to contribute discernibility information. The framework's presentation examination and down-to-earth application show its capacity to improve question effectiveness, shield private data, guarantee information realness and dependability in-store network the board, and more, meet true application prerequisites.

Model predictive control (MPC)is an ideal control method wherein the determined control activities limit an expense capability for a compelled dynamical framework over a limited, retreating, skyline. At each time step, a MPC regulator gets or gauges the present status of the plant. It then, at that point, works out the succession of control activities that limits the expense into the great beyond by tackling a compelled improvement issue that depends on an inward plant model and relies upon the ongoing framework state. The regulator then applies to the plant just the main processed control activity, dismissing the accompanying ones. In the accompanying time step the cycle rehashes. Dynamic Grid Control (DMC) was the primary Model Prescient Control (MPC) calculation presented in mid 1980s. These are demonstrated strategies that give great execution and can work for extensive stretches without practically any huge intercession. Model prescient control is likewise the main procedure that can think about model limitations. Today, DMC is accessible in practically all business modern disseminated control frameworks and cycle reproduction programming bundles. Dynamic Framework Control (DMC) use step reaction portrayal to foresee the information and result. It can handle high aspect multivariable frameworks and taking care of requirements, which address its modern achievement. The GPC is a strong calculation. It can handle a huge wide of frameworks with minimal earlier information on either a basic or an intricate framework. The two regulators are utilized to control a Cycle Control Module (PCM). We picked this application recreated in the paper, addressed by first-request model with defer time since it is viewed as an ordinary issue frequently experienced in the process business particularly for the modern units that can be assigned as intelligent SISO frameworks.
